Role Title: No-Code Development Fellow Program Type: Fellowship / Applied Project-Based Program Duration: 8–12 Weeks (Project-Based, Outcome-Oriented) Mode: Remote / Hybrid Eligibility: Students, fresh graduates, career switchers, early-stage professionals, and aspiring founders with interest in product building, automation, and digital platforms (no prior coding required). Program Overview The No-Code Development Fellowship is a hands-on, industry-aligned program designed to train participants in building real-world digital products without traditional programming. Fellows will work on market-ready no-code applications, spanning EdTech, HRTech, SaaS, community platforms, marketplaces, and automation tools. Participants will gain end-to-end exposure to product ideation, UI/UX design, database structuring, workflow automation, integrations, monetization logic, and deployment, using leading no-code tools. Tools & Platforms Exposure Fellows will gain hands-on experience with: • Frontend & App Builders: Bubble, Softr, Glide, Adalo, Webflow, Carrd • Databases: Airtable, Baserow, Google Sheets, Supabase • Automation & Integrations: Zapier, Make, Slack, Stripe, Calendly • AI Integrations: OpenAI APIs (via no-code connectors) • Analytics & Optimization: Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity • Membership & Payments: Stripe, Memberstack • Documentation & Templates: Notion, Coda Learning Outcomes By the end of the fellowship, you will: • Build 2–4 production-ready no-code products • Understand product thinking, MVP development, and monetization strategies • Design scalable workflows and automation pipelines • Integrate AI features without coding • Deploy applications suitable for startups, agencies, or freelance use • Create a portfolio of live projects demonstrating real business impact Fellowship Benefits • Industry-aligned, portfolio-driven experience • Certificate of Fellowship Completion • Real-world startup and EdTech exposure • Mentorship and structured guidance
