It combines digital business strategy, product management, and growth/marketing so that participants can design product roadmaps, work with engineering and data teams, and drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue across the full product lifecycle.
Learners typically start with foundations in digital business models, market analysis, and customer research, then move into product discovery, UX thinking, agile delivery, experimentation, and growth analytics (including A/B testing, funnels, and pricing). By the end, they have led multiple hands‑on projects or capstones where they define a digital opportunity, build a roadmap and MVP spec, instrument metrics, and run data‑driven growth experiments, preparing them for roles such as product manager, growth lead, or digital business strategist in tech‑driven organisations.
