3. User‑Generated Content

  • Projects, models, challenge entries, comments, or any materials you submit are referred to as “User Content.”

  • You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free license to display, distribute, and promote it as part of the Services.

3.2 Content Standards

  • You agree that your User Content will not be illegal, discriminatory, defamatory, or infringing.

  • We reserve the right to remove or refuse any User Content at our discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All educational materials, branding, website design, logos, and text on the Site are owned by or licensed to HEPro and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

4.2 Limited License

  • We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non‑commercial learning and portfolio building.

5. Certifications & Badges

5.1 Eligibility

  • Certifications and digital badges are issued upon meeting minimum course/project/model/challenge requirements for each level.

5.2 Verification

  • All certificates and badges are verifiable via your account dashboard.

5.3 No Guarantees

  • Certification does not guarantee employment, promotion, or academic credit.

6. Payment, Refunds & Billing

6.1 Payment Processing

  • Any paid features will be processed through secure third‑party gateways. We do not store your payment information.

6.2 Refunds

  • Requests for refunds on paid services must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Refund eligibility is at our discretion.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

7.1 As‑Is Basis

  • The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, HEPro and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, India.
