6-Month Journalism Fellowship Program

Outcome-based 6-month journalism fellowship program specifically designed to develop emerging journalists into job-ready professionals. The program progresses through six carefully sequenced projects that build skills from beginner fundamentals through advanced editorial leadership, with each project aligned to specific learning outcomes and career-ready competencies.

Program Overview

The fellowship is structured as a progressive learning pathway with three distinct phases spanning 24 weeks:

  • Phase 1 (Months 1-2): Foundational Skills — News writing fundamentals and interview mastery

  • Phase 2 (Months 3-4): Intermediate Development — Feature writing and multimedia production

  • Phase 3 (Months 5-6): Advanced Practice — Analytics strategy and leadership e-magazine publication

Each project requires 4-5 weeks of intensive work with weekly mentor check-ins, collaborative peer feedback, and hands-on skill development. Fellows commit 20-25 hours weekly to complete assignments that build a professional portfolio while contributing to published editorial work

6-Month Business Analytics Fellowship Program

Outcome-based 6-month fellowship program in business analytics. This program progresses from beginner-level fundamentals through advanced real-time analytics implementation, with each project building progressively on the previous one.

 

Project Progression

1. Retail Sales Dashboard (Months 1-2) - Beginner Level: Fellows create interactive Power BI dashboards from retail data, learning data visualization, KPI identification, and business communication. They understand how data drives store performance decisions.

2. Financial Risk Assessment (Months 2-3) - Beginner-Intermediate Level: Using SQL for complex queries and Python for modeling, participants develop credit risk assessment systems and predictive default models for financial institutions, learning statistical analysis and risk quantification.

3. Inventory Optimization (Months 3-4) - Intermediate Level: Implementing time series forecasting and demand prediction algorithms, fellows optimize warehouse inventory levels, reduce carrying costs, and prevent stockouts—creating measurable business impact through analytics.

4. Customer Segmentation (Months 4-5) - Intermediate-Advanced Level: Applying machine learning clustering techniques, participants segment customer bases, calculate customer lifetime value, and develop targeted marketing strategies that bridge analytics with business strategy.

5. Supply Chain Optimization (Month 5, Weeks 1-2) - Advanced Level: Fellows analyze supplier performance, optimize logistics networks, identify process bottlenecks using process mining, and develop real-time supply chain monitoring dashboards.

6. Capstone Project (Month 5-6, Weeks 3-4) - Advanced Level: Participants design and implement a complete end-to-end analytics solution in their chosen domain (healthcare, finance, e-commerce, marketing, or IoT), integrating real-time data, predictive models, and executive dashboards that demonstrate mastery across all competencies

6-Month Digital Marketing Fellowship Program

Outcome-based digital marketing fellowship program. The program features six carefully structured projects that progress from beginner to advanced levels, providing complete skill development aligned with current job market demands and employer expectations.

Progression Path

Months 1-2 (Beginner Level) establish foundational competencies in personal branding, LinkedIn optimization, keyword research, SEO, and content marketing. Participants create tangible assets including an optimized LinkedIn profile, a 3-part SEO-optimized blog series, and measurable performance reports.

Months 3-4 (Intermediate Level) develop strategic marketing capabilities through social media campaign design with comprehensive analytics, and email marketing automation workflows. These projects require participants to understand customer journeys, audience segmentation, and performance measurement—critical skills for mid-level marketing roles.

Months 5-6 (Advanced Level) focus on paid advertising mastery and data-driven strategic planning. Participants launch Google Ads and Meta platforms campaigns with real budgets and measure ROI, then develop integrated marketing analytics dashboards and growth strategies based on multi-channel data analysis.

6-month HRBP fellowship program

This program blend practical, project-based learning with periodic evaluation and personal development, targeting early-career HR professionals aiming to build foundational and intermediate-level HRBP skills.​

Program Overview

The fellowship is divided into two major phases—Foundation (first three months) and Medium Level (last three months)—with capstone submissions and reflections throughout.​
