Refunds & Cancellations
At Hepro.in, we are committed to providing high-quality learning experiences through our online certifications, mentoring programs, and project-based training. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to make the refund and cancellation process transparent and fair for all our learners.
1. Course or Program Cancellation by Learner
If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a course or program:

Within 48 hours of purchase:
A full refund will be initiated, provided no course material has been accessed or downloaded. -
After 48 hours but within 7 days of purchase:
A partial refund (up to 50%) may be granted if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed. -
After 7 days or accessing more than 20% of the course:
Unfortunately, no refund will be provided.
Note: Refunds are not applicable for discounted or promotional purchases.
2. Mentoring Program Refunds
Our mentoring programs involve personalized guidance and scheduled sessions. Refunds for mentoring programs are as follows:

Before the first session: Full refund (minus transaction fee, if any).

After first session but before second session: 50% refund.

After two or more sessions: No refunds applicable.
Rescheduling of sessions is allowed with at least 24-hour prior notice.
3. Course Cancellation by Hepro.in
In rare cases, if a course or mentoring program is cancelled by Hepro.in due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., low enrollment, technical issues, trainer unavailability), a full refund will be issued to the registered participants within 7 business days.
4. Refund Process

All eligible refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

In case of any delay beyond 10 days, please contact us at support@hepro.in with your enrollment details.
5. Exceptions & Special Cases

Internship-linked programs, project submissions, or certification-based grading are non-refundable once initiated.

Downloadable products (e.g., study materials, templates) are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be provided due to technical issues at the user's end (device compatibility, internet issues, etc.).
