Branding and PR Fellowship Program

Role Summary The Branding Fellowship is a structured, project-based learning program focused on developing strong brand-building, storytelling, and visual identity capabilities. Fellows work on real-world brand development projects, receive mentorship from industry experts, and collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to gain end-to-end experience across the brand lifecycle — market research, brand positioning, identity design, messaging frameworks, storytelling, customer perception analysis, and brand performance tracking. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Positioning • Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to identify brand gaps and opportunities. • Develop brand positioning statements, value propositions, and messaging blueprints. • Assist in defining brand personality, tone of voice, and core communication pillars. Brand Identity & Communication • Support the design and documentation of brand style guides (logo usage, typography, colour palette, imagery). • Write compelling brand stories for landing pages, social media, campaigns, and promotional materials. • Help ensure brand consistency across digital, print, PR, and customer-facing platforms. Campaign Execution & Creative Collaboration • Work closely with designers, marketers, and content creators to produce brand-aligned visual and written assets. • Contribute to brainstorming sessions on brand campaigns and product launches. • Assist in influencer collaborations, brand ambassador programs, and community-building activities. Brand Tracking & Analytics • Monitor brand sentiment, customer perception, and engagement trends using digital analytics tools. • Evaluate brand performance using KPIs such as awareness, recall, engagement, conversion, advocacy, and loyalty. • Prepare monthly brand reports summarizing insights and recommendations to strengthen brand equity.
