Role Summary The FinTech AI Fellowship Associate will participate in an intensive, project-driven experiential learning program focused on applying Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Financial Technology to real-world financial systems. Fellows will work on production-grade FinTech AI projects spanning financial inclusion, lending, investments, fraud detection, compliance, ESG, embedded finance, and voice-first platforms. The fellowship blends hands-on platform building, AI model development, regulatory understanding, and financial domain expertise, preparing fellows for high-impact roles in modern fintech organizations. The program is designed to simulate real FinTech environments where AI agents, data pipelines, regulatory constraints, and customer trust intersect. Key Responsibilities 1. FinTech AI Project Execution & Documentation • Design and develop AI-powered fintech applications using structured and unstructured financial data. • Build end-to-end solutions including data ingestion, feature engineering, model development, evaluation, and deployment concepts. • Document system architecture, AI workflows, business logic, assumptions, and risk considerations. • Maintain audit-ready documentation aligned with financial and regulatory expectations. 2. AI Modeling, Analytics & Financial Intelligence • Apply machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and predictive analytics to financial use cases such as: o Credit risk assessment o Fraud detection o Investment forecasting o Financial behavior modeling o ESG analysis • Work with alternative data sources (transaction data, behavioral data, voice data, documents, APIs). • Implement explainable AI (XAI) techniques to ensure transparency and trust in financial decision systems. 3. Platform Design, Compliance & Stakeholder Communication • Translate business and regulatory requirements into technic • Collaborate in simulated stakeholder environments • Present project outcomes through executive-ready demos, dashboards
