The program is structured in three distinct phases over 15 months, delivering 48 credit points through a blended learning model combining online courses, live project mentoring, and collaborative peer learning. Participants complete 8-10 comprehensive business projects across foundation, intermediate, and advanced levels, culminating in a capstone project that integrates all learning into a cohesive business improvement initiative. Program Duration & Structure Phase 1: Foundation & Core Competencies (Months 1-5) • Builds foundational knowledge across five core business domains • Completes 5 foundational projects • Earns Foundation Certificate Phase 2: Advanced & Specialization (Months 6-10) • Participants choose ONE of three specialization tracks: o Track A: Strategic Human Resource Management o Track B: Business Operations & Process Excellence o Track C: Business Strategy & Growth • Completes 3-5 advanced projects per track • Earns Specialization Certificate Phase 3: Capstone & Integration (Months 11-15) • Comprehensive capstone project on real business challenge • Choice of 8 themes including Digital Transformation, Organizational Transformation, Process Excellence, Strategic Growth, Culture Change, Cost Optimization, Customer Experience, or Sustainability/ESG • Completes capstone certification and competency assessment Competency Development Framework The program systematically develops 10 core management competencies across three levels: 1. Level 1 - Foundation (Phase 1): Build awareness and basic understanding 2. Level 2 - Advanced (Phase 2): Apply concepts to complex business situations 3. Level 3 - Mastery (Phase 3): Design and lead organizational initiatives The 10 key competencies developed include Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Operations & Processes, Financial Acumen, Leadership, Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, Project Management, and Business Communication
