Employee engagement is one of the most important drivers of organizational success. Engaged employees demonstrate higher motivation, stronger commitment to organizational goals, and greater productivity. Organizations that actively measure and improve engagement levels are better positioned to create positive work environments and retain talented employees. Employee engagement surveys are widely used tools that allow organizations to collect feedback directly from employees regarding their work experience. These surveys help identify strengths within the workplace as well as areas requiring improvement. This project focuses on designing and implementing an Employee Engagement Survey and analyzing the results to identify engagement drivers and improvement areas. Based on the findings, a structured HR action plan has been developed to enhance employee satisfaction, workplace culture, and overall organizational engagement.

HR DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION THROUGH EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT ANALYTICS

In today’s competitive and technology-driven business environment, organizations are increasingly adopting digital transformation strategies to enhance efficiency, agility, and employee experience. Human Resource Management (HRM), traditionally seen as an administrative function, is now evolving into a strategic business partner through the integration of digital technologies. HR Digital Transformation refers to the use of advanced technologies such as cloud computing, automation, and data analytics to streamline HR processes and improve decision-making. Modern HR platforms like Workday and SAP SuccessFactors enable organizations to move from reactive HR practices to proactive and predictive workforce management. A crucial element of this transformation is employee engagement, which reflects the emotional, cognitive, and behavioral connection employees have with their organization. High engagement leads to increased productivity, innovation, and retention, while low engagement results in absenteeism, poor performance, and high turnover. This project focuses on designing a digital employee engagement survey system, analyzing employee feedback using data analytics, and proposing actionable strategies to improve engagement levels.
